Ramadan is our opportunity to increase our piety and to get nearer to Allah hoping that we become ransomed from hellfire in sha' Allah ..
and there's nothing better to get nearer to Allah with than what he has obliged and made mandatory on us
Abu Hurayrah may Allah be pleased with him, said: "The Messenger of God peace be upon him said that ALLAH almighty said : "He who is hostile to a friend of Mine( a pious man) I declare war against. My slave approaches Me with nothing more beloved to Me than what I have made obligatory upon him, and My slave keeps drawing nearer to Me with voluntary works(Nawafel) until I love him. And when I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his sight with which he sees, his hand with which he seizes, and his foot with which he walks. If he asks me, I will surely give to him, and if he seeks refuge in Me, I will surely protect him"
That's why , we want to get nearer to Allah by praying in the best manner.. the prophet's manner
The prophet ( Salla Allahu Alayhi Wasallam ) said , ordering us : " Pray as you've seen me praying "
Prayer is called "Salaat" in arabic , which is derived from the root "Sela" which means connection .. A connection between a slave and His God , ALLAH ... How great !!
We want to establish the best connection with Allah Swt in sha' Allah to please him in this blessed month and to be from the accepted people
and remember that this is the BEST deed you can do to please Allah swt ..
